Our online booking provider charges $3- $6 per site reservation to use there platform, this fee is added to the fees listed below.

Rates are based on a max of two adults and there children under 18 years of age.

RV or Trailer rated at 28 foot or less -- $30/mo min 4 month term, 12th month free
RV rated over 28 foot, Vehicles or Motor Homes -- $35/mo min 4 month term, 12th month free
Second unit under 28 foot (i.e Boat or utility trailer) -- $25/mo, 12th month free
Sea Container Lot -- $40/mo min 6 month term, 12th month free
Short Term Storage -- Call for pricing
Storage Security deposit $100.00 will be applied at time of booking, refundable at checkout less fees owing.
Late payment fee of $15/month will be charged on all overdue accounts.
